Very sloppy work when I had my oil changed. The windshield washer fluid was to full and the oil was dripping on my garage floor when I got home. I had a mess I won't go back again.

Clean environment. Pleasant staff. My only complaint - Please have one night per week of extended hours in Service Dept. or Saturday mornings. I work an hour away and it's hard to make it back to Dixon before the last service appointment at 2:45 pm.

Our salesman (GiGi) was amazing and funny. He was so nice and patient. my dad wanted to heckle and haggle and Gigi took it very well. Adam, the finance manager, was a joy to work with as well. The customer service was superb, and the car is pretty good too!
