Firstly, I would appreciate more personal interaction. Getting an email to thank me for my business doesn’t mean much. Talking to a person who listens to what I have to say is priceless!
I recently had an oil change and 70K inspection. I noticed the inspection sheet marked that my air filter was inadequate, but they didn’t mark it as serviced. When I called, I think they meant to transfer me, but my call was lost. Why can’t I just talk to one person in the service department?
I called back, another person answered and asked me who was my coordinator. How would I know?? She put me on hold before I could answer. Horrible phone etiquette! I don’t know if I will be back.

I called for service. I was scheduled an appointment around my schedule. The service was done. Parts needed to be ordered. I was called when the parts came in and the service department has worked around my schedule to make another appointment.

I feel they could be more personable. The ladies answering the phone are always in a hurry. When my vehicle is ready, they send me a text when I’m practically in the same room. I had a coupon I wasn’t able to use because the service department had already left.
